Hi, I’m Olga Bratsun.
In 2013, I began a Master’s in Business in Canada, immersed in real-world applications and case studies. One case on a Nike PR crisis over human rights violations changed everything. Tasked with crafting a business-friendly response, I saw how outdated and unsustainable traditional business practices could be.
My family had made a significant investment in my education, which fueled my motivation to make my studies count. I began exploring ways to leverage my business skills and disrupt these outdated norms.
Back then, discussions about climate change and social impact were rare. People often assumed I wanted to work for an NGO, dismissing the idea that business and positive impact could go hand in hand. As a young Russian woman with big ideas, I faced skepticism—many saw my goals as unrealistic.
But I kept going and was fortunate to meet like-minded people who fueled my conviction that change was not only possible but necessary. After roles in impact consulting and innovation in Canada and Austria, I joined the founding team of a global network for impact-tech startups. Balancing consulting and startup work led to burnout, and I took a step back to prioritize my health.
With fresh clarity, I launched my own consulting firm with a unique philosophy that prioritized both client success and well-being—for my team, myself, and those we served.
And that’s how Healthy Business was born.

My philosophy
At the heart of my work is a belief that businesses can—and should—be both impactful and financially sustainable. This philosophy is built on the idea that true success lies at the intersection of three critical pillars:
Clear Positioning & Customer Value
A business thrives when it has a clear understanding of who it serves and why it matters. By focusing on delivering tangible value, you build a foundation for sustainable business growth.
Positive Societal & Ecological Impact
Businesses hold the potential to create real-world change. When aligned with a greater purpose, you not only address pressing challenges but also build trust and inspire loyalty from customers and stakeholders.
Founder & Team Well-being
The health of a business is inseparable from the well-being of its founder and team. Prioritizing mental clarity, energy, and alignment with personal purpose secures a fulfilling journey that empowers you, your team and your venture.
When these three elements overlap,
they form what I call a Healthy Business: one that is good for the world, good for its people, and built on solid ground to grow.
